Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the 3350 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose that may compromise the safety of other users. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to hack the system, using automated software (bots), manipulating games or matches, and sharing accounts with third parties.
- Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location and circumvent regional restrictions is prohibited.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is strictly prohibited.
- Uploading or distributing any unlawful content through the platform is strictly prohibited.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 3350 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is a serious violation and may result in account closure and further action.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be cancelled. Users are advised to review the amount and transaction details before confirming payment. Failed deposits due to bank issues or e-wallet limits are the responsibility of the user and the payment provider, not 3350.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and fulfilment of any applicable rollover requirements linked to bonuses. 3350 reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification purposes before approving a withdrawal. Balances in accounts suspended due to fraud or serious violations may be forfeited at 3350's sole discretion. Account closures requested by the user will be processed within three business days following identity verification and settlement of any outstanding balance.
